Zas is a corridor, not a warehouse. Your files are just passing through. Send a file, an image, a video, or a snippet of text from one device, and it appears on all your others at once. After five days, it deletes itself. There is no accumulation, no clutter, and no storage bill. You do not need to install anything to start. Open zas.web in your browser, drop a file, and it is already on your phone. The native Android app is also available for deeper integration, including the system share target.

The three non-negotiables

Everything expires

Every item carries a 5-segment expiry ring, one segment per day. After five days, it is gone. Anonymous sessions expire in 2 days.

Global deduplication

Files are content-addressed. If a file already exists anywhere in Zas, it sends in about one second at any size. Two gigabytes can move in zero seconds.

Blind privacy

Encrypted at all times. Nobody reads what you send. No list exists of who has what. The server never sees file hashes.

What Zas replaces

Zas removes the friction of sending files to yourself. You no longer need WhatsApp self-chat, email-to-self, Telegram Saved Messages, USB sticks, or using Drive as a clipboard. The sharpest difference is the WhatsApp Web QR problem: with Zas, you never expose your entire account to a machine you do not own, like a print-shop computer.
